Server Support Contract

Server support contracts are ideal for companies that want comprehensive support coverage for their Linux/Unix/*BSD servers during business hours.

Pricing Details

  • Server Admin start at 10 hours semianually or 18 hours/year with 2 hour setup
  • 11% discount (16 hours/server) for multiple servers paid annually
  • Contract prices are for normal business hours 9am-5pm CST weekdays
  • Response times are one business day
  • Holiday, evening, an weekend services billed per Standard Retainer Schedule.

What is Excluded from the Support Contract

The contract does not cover hardware support, though Fortuitous can provide hardware support upon request. We may also do the part replacement if local to our service area. Specifically excluded from coverage:
  • Hardware Support
  • Complete OS re-installation
  • Third party software not native to the OS package manager.
  • System or network Moves or reorganizations
  • System programming or scripting
  • Performance and Capacity Planning
  • After-hours, weekend, or holiday support
