Single server admin start at $350/month or $4200/year with $300 setup fee.
Single server performance starts at $4500/year with $600 setup fee.
$150/hour for Out-of-Scope Administration
$350/hour for Out-of-Scope Performance and Capacity Services
Contract prices are for normal service hours 9am-5pm CST
Response times are within one business day excluding holidays
Unscheduled evening and weekend service billed at twice the hourly rate
Holiday service billed at twice the hourly rate

What is Excluded from Support Contracts
The contract does not cover hardware support, though Fortuitous can provide hardware support upon request. We may also do the part replacement. Specifically excluded from coverage:

Third Party Software Not Native to the OS
System or Network Moves or Reorganizations
