Server support contracts are ideal for companies that want comprehensive support coverage
for their Linux/Unix/*BSD servers. The following points outline benefits and costs:

Pricing Details
- Single server admin start at $350/month or $4200/year with $300 setup fee.
- Single server performance starts at $4500/year with $600 setup fee.
- $150/hour for Out-of-Scope Administration
- $350/hour for Out-of-Scope Performance and Capacity Services
- Contract prices are for normal service hours 9am-5pm CST
- Response times are within one business day excluding holidays
- Unscheduled evening and weekend service billed at twice the hourly rate
- Holiday service billed at twice the hourly rate
What is Excluded from Support Contracts
The contract does not cover hardware support, though Fortuitous
can provide hardware support upon request. We may also do the part
replacement. Specifically excluded from coverage:
- Hardware Support
- Complete OS Re-Installation
- Third Party Software Not Native to the OS
- System or Network Moves or Reorganizations

Server support retainers are ideal for companies that want limited support
for their Linux/Unix/*BSD servers. The following outlines the benefits and costs:
Key Benefits and Coverage
- One Business Day Response Time
- Priority Over Non-Contract or Retained Customers
- Hours Last an Entire Year
- Can Cover System Administration, Networking, or Performance
Pricing Details
- 10 Hour Block Administration: $1500
- 24 Hour Block Administration: $3360
- These hours are for normal business hours, 9am-5pm CST
- Response time is one business day excluding holidays
- Unscheduled evening and weekend hours billed at 1.5 the retainer rate
- Support from 20:00 to 7:00 hours billed at twice the retainer rate
- Holiday hours will be billed at twice the retainer rate
- Four hour response time billed at 1.5 times the retainer rate
- Networking and Security billed at 1.5 times the retainer rate
- Performance and Capacity Planning billed at twice the retainer rate

| Monitoring Support |
Server and network monitoring allows you to address issues before they become
catastrophic, and allows you to keep on top of your maintenance issues.
The following points outline the benefits and costs:
System Monitoring
- Monitor RAID disk health
- Monitor SSH to ensure system is up
- Monitor Backups if they exist
- Warning and alarm emails
- Cost is 1/2 hour per month adjusted from retainer
- There is a 2-hour setup fee per server, paid in advance
- Systems will be reviewed a minimum of twice per business day
- Client will receive brief monthly reports on system status
Network Monitoring
- Monitor Firewall Status
- Periodically review and implement firmware revisions
- Periodically review firewall rules and logs
- Warning and alarm emails
- Cost is 1/2 hour per month adjusted from retainer
- There is a 2-hour setup fee per server, paid in advance
- Systems will be reviewed a minimum of once per business day
